To retrieve data from Wasabi’s Churn Prediction AI Module, you have a few options. You’re welcome to use our API, or we can deliver the raw output directly to an S3 bucket of your choice. Or you can use our brand new Churn Prediction dashboard which includes all Churn Prediction data and insights based on it!

Direct Data Access

If you’d like to access the Churn Prediction data directly, you can hit our APIs. Simply provide a customer ID and we’ll tell you their percentage chance of churning in the next two weeks on each subscription they’re signed up to. You can also request historical churn predictions to be added to the response.

You can also manage the data yourself by having us place the Churn Prediction module outputs directly in an S3 bucket you provide us. The data will contain a list of all of your active customers along with their chance of churning in the next two weeks.
