How to Access Orders
To access a customer's orders, click on 'Orders' in the top right of the customer profile.
Here you will see this page, which shows all the upcoming orders in descending order.
To view other orders, you can use the filter in the top left.
Here you can filter for:
All Orders - this shows all current, future and failed orders
Failed - orders which have been processed unsuccessfully
Processed - historic orders which have been processed successfully
Upcoming - future orders. Only the next 3 orders for each subscription will generate box contents and a price
Orders & their Statuses
Once you have navigated to the screen you want you can click on each order and view its details.
Order Statuses
These are the statuses an Order will move between from creation to completed.
Stage of Delivery | Billing Status | Order Status |
---|---|---|
The future order has not been processed yet. | Pending | Pending |
The order has been successfully billed and processed. | Succeeded | Committed |
The order has failed to process, the most common is billing method has caused a failure. | Failed | Failed |
The order has been completely refunded. | Refunded | Committed |
The order has been partially refunded. | Partially Refunded | Committed |
There's a failure we can't update the next billing date to a Shopify sub-contract (Shopify only). | Partially Succeeded | Pending |
The first order has been processed in Shopify (Shopify only). | Delegated | Committed |
