How to add a New Box Rule
To add a Box Rule, navigate to "Box Rules" and click “ADD NEW RULE” in the top right.

Then once the form has opened follow the steps below:
1. Select a Product from the drop-down you wish to add to customer orders. These products are synced from your Product Gateway or your Shopify Store.
2. Select the Quantity. The number of your selected product you wish to add to orders.
3. Select the sub-type. The subscription type this Box Rule will apply too.
4. Select which Box Numbers it gets added to. Any Box means all boxes which meet your criteria, Box Number means a specific Box e.g. 1 = a customer’s first order.
5. Select the dates this Box Rule is active. The dates selected are inclusive.
6. Priority can be one of 3 options":
Always = means it will always be added to the relevant order.
1 = means that it will be added before any 2 priorities
2 = if no box rules with a 1 apply, this rule will be applied.
7. Then you must enable this rule.
8. Click Create.
You can then see your newly created Box Rule. It will take a few minutes to propagate throughout your customer bases orders. Once this is completed you are all done!
