Integrating Bento with Klaviyo

Klaviyo lets you create personalised e-mail, SMS, and mobile push notification experiences. By integrating Klaviyo with Bento, you’re able to automate communications to your customers.

For example, when a customer starts a new subscription, Bento can automatically send a message to Klaviyo containing relevant customer and subscription data. Klaviyo can be configured to read this message and send the customer a welcome email, potentially even with a referral discount.

Available Events

Currently, Bento can send the following events to Klaviyo:

1. Subscription Started

2. Subscription Cancelled

3. Subscription Ended

4. Subscription Suspended

5. Subscription Reactivated

6. Order Committed

Getting Started

Integrating with Klaviyo couldn’t be simpler. Simply provide Bento with a Klaviyo API Key and tell us which events you want us to send to Klaviyo. If the event you require isn’t in the list above, feel free to get in touch with us and we’ll work with you to create a flow that works for you.
