Integrating Bento with Churn Buster

Churn Buster provides your customers with an improved experience when they miss a subscription payment, reducing customer churn. You can set the flows and actions you want to take place on certain events.

Bento integrated directly with Churn Buster by sending these events directly there so you don’t need to act as a messenger. This reduces the time required for the message to reach where it needs to, and decreases potential breakage points in the flow too.

Available Events

Currently, Bento can send the following events to Churn Buster:

1. Customer payment method updated

2. Subscription billing attempt failure

3. Subscription billing attempt success

4. Subscription contract cancelled

Getting Started

Integrating with Klaviyo is as easy as can be. All you need to do is provide Bento with a Churn Buster API Key and tell us which events you want us to send. If you’re on Shopify, Bento will pull data directly from there and send the relevant events to Klaviyo. Should the event you need not appear in the list above, please contact us and we will collaborate with you to develop a flow that suits your requirements.
